Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Times
Since the store operates on a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the supplier's location and the destination country. Typical delivery times are:

• United States & Canada: 7-10 business days
• Europe: 10-12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10-14 business days
• Rest of the World: 15-14 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by customs, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 5-7 business days for tracking information to update in the system.

Multiple Items in One Order
Items may be shipped separately, so you may receive more than one package on different days.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply once the package reaches your country. We are not responsible for delays caused  by customs.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct. Address changes may not be possible after processing.
